Thank you for choosing Tapan’s Tea Co. for your tea needs. We are committed to ensuring that your orders are delivered promptly and with utmost care. Please review the following information regarding our shipping policy:

Shipping Destinations:

  1. We are delighted to offer shipping services to almost every part of India, covering a wide range of more than 27,000+ pin codes across the country. However, currently we do not ship outside of India. We apologize for any inconvenience caused to our international customers.

Shipping Partners:

  1. We have partnered with top logistics brands to ensure reliable and efficient delivery of your orders. Our shipping partners are selected based on their expertise in handling delicate products and delivering them securely.

Delivery Time:

  1. Our standard delivery time is 1 week from the date of order placement. However, please note that depending on unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or logistical challenges, deliveries may occasionally be delayed. We strive to minimize such instances, but we appreciate your understanding in such cases.

Cash on Delivery (COD):

  1. At present, the Cash on Delivery option is unavailable. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We encourage you to choose from our secure online payment options to complete your purchase.

Order Processing:

  1. All orders placed before 10 AM Indian Standard Time (IST) are processed and shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 10 AM IST will be processed and shipped on the next business day. Please note that no shipments are sent out on Sundays or any national holidays.

Arrival Dates and Times:

  1. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we do not guarantee specific arrival dates or times. Factors beyond our control, such as transportation issues or unforeseen delays, may affect the actual delivery schedule. We appreciate your patience and cooperation in such situations.

Packaging:

  1. We take great care in packaging your tea to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition. Our packaging is designed to protect the tea leaves from light, moisture, and odours, preserving their freshness and flavour.
